Dorage du Beignet (pendant la Préparation des Tenders) : Faire fondre une noisette de BEURRE CLARIFIE dans une Poële - Au Pinceau badigeonner de BEURRE FONDU la face interne du BEIGNET - Porter la Poële sur feu moyen à vif et une fois chaud poser dessus la face beurrée du BEIGNET, pendant quelques minutes, jusqu'à ce qu'elle soient dorée - Faire de même avec l'autre moitie du BEIGNET

Dressage : Sortir les TENDERS du Four - Sur une des MOITIE DE BEIGNET mettre 2 cuillères à café de SAUCE KETCHUP et étaler - Faire la même chose avec de la SAUCE MAYONNAISE pour l'autre MOITIE - À partir de la moitié inférieure du BEIGNET disposer dans cet ordre 2 FEUILLES DE LAITUE, la TRANCHE D'OIGNON et la TRANCHE DE TOMATE, les TENDERS, l'autre TRANCHE d'OIGNON et de TOMATE, 2 FEUILLES DE LAITUE puis la partie supérieure du BEIGNET
